About Us

The #1 social network for Salsa, Bachata & Kizomba (SBK) dancers

Our Story

Bailar was born from a simple realization: Latin dance connects millions of passionate people, yet finding events, carpools, partners, and lessons was scattered everywhere. Built in 2026 by dance lovers, Bailar unites the entire SBK community in one beautiful, fluid app.

Our Mission

To connect dancers globally, make dance events accessible to everyone, and help you level up your skills through our Academy. Whether you are taking your first steps or are a seasoned pro, Bailar is your home.

The Creator

Bailar is designed and built with passion by Joel, a dedicated dancer and software engineer who wanted to create the ultimate digital dance floor for the SBK community.

Our Values

Community : By dancers, for dancers. We listen to every piece of feedback to grow together.
Passion : Dance is a unique way of expression. We put passion into every single pixel.
Accessibility : We aim to make dance inclusive, transparent, and easy to discover for everyone.
