2. Event responsibility

BAILAR is a matching platform. We do not organize listed events.

Organizer : Is solely responsible for the safety and legality of the event.
Platform : Disclaims liability in case of disputes, accidents or theft at events found through the app.

Harassment, hateful speech, spam and fake profiles are strictly forbidden.

The service is provided as is and may be modified or suspended at any time.

These Terms are governed by French law.
