Bailar is free

Account creation, the dancer Pass, Pro Space, messaging, live streams and video lessons are free. No subscription, in-app purchase or payment to Bailar is required.

Bailar does not process payments. Displayed prices are for in-person services: pay the provider directly on their website or at the venue.

External payment links are limited to in-person events and services. Selling digital content, live streams or Bailar features through these links is prohibited.

1. Purpose and acceptance

By using the app, you fully accept these Terms of Use.

Informed consent clause and limitation of liability

RISK TRANSFER: Using any social network involves inherent risks.

DATA THEFT: BAILAR implements standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

2. Event responsibility

BAILAR is a matching platform. We do not organize listed events.

Organizer : Is solely responsible for the safety and legality of the event.
Platform : Disclaims liability in case of disputes, accidents or theft at events found through the app.

3. User conduct

Harassment, hateful speech, spam and fake profiles are strictly forbidden.

4. Warranties and availability

The service is provided as is and may be modified or suspended at any time.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
